1. Design and Proof Approval

    •    All custom designs will require client approval before production. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review the proof for errors in spelling, design, or layout.

    •    Once the final proof is approved, Crossfire Graphics is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

 

2. Payment Terms

    •    Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    •    Payment includes design, revisions (as per agreed terms), and production costs. Additional charges may apply for extensive revisions or rush services.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

    •    Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final after proof approval. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed once production has started.

    •    If cancellation occurs before proof approval, a partial refund may be issued, minus any design or administrative fees.

 

4. Production and Shipping

    •    Estimated production timelines are provided but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Crossfire Graphics will communicate delays as soon as possible.

    •    Crossfire Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

 

5. Intellectual Property

    •    All designs created by Crossfire Graphics remain the intellectual property of Crossfire Graphics unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

    •    You may not reproduce, sell, or modify designs provided by Crossfire Graphics without explicit permission.

 

6. Usage Rights

    •    Crossfire Graphics reserves the right to display completed designs in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Warranty and Liability

    •    Crossfire Graphics guarantees high-quality products; however, slight variations in color or material may occur.

    •    Crossfire Graphics is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear of products.

 

8. Revisions and Modifications

    •    A specified number of revisions is included with your purchase (typically up to 3). Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

    •    After proof approval, any changes will be considered a new project and may require additional charges.

 

9. Privacy Policy

    •    Any personal information collected during the checkout process will be used solely for processing your order and delivering the product. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

 

10. Agreement to Terms

    •    By placing an order with Crossfire Graphics, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
